Billing
How does the billing work?
Per source, the applicable package is automatically billed based on the highest number of variations in the source during the month. The channels associated with the source (including associated orders and returns during the month) are automatically billed based on the package of the source. The duration of the month is based on the UTC time zone
A variation is a unique variant/size of a product. For example, does a product have 2 sizes in black, white and green? Then this product has 6 variations
When will you I be billed?
At the beginning of each month, the provisional invoice of the previous month becomes final and will then be invoiced. Depending on your payment method, you will receive a payment request or a direct debit notification by email
